Any idea what might be wrong ?

Hello Thanks for your reply

The instruction you sent me work, but this solution doesn't work in my environment. Is there a way to display Change field in real time as you type it in, , as it is with the Tendered field ?

Also this works when i process the return it show change( refund amount as i type it in on my screen)

Thanks Robert

Jeff, I am attempting to add these fields also and found this post but outlook express will not allow me to download any message older then about 30 days. I have already turned off the 300 message limit in Express but still no luck. I assume that I need to use one of the QS bridge transaction properties but a copy of the attachment you posted would be very helpful as I have yet not been able to get it to work. I have the labels and all, just need the data to flow through to the net display. You can repost here or email to brad at bluhorse.com. If anyone else has input, it would be greatly appreciated.

By real time i mean that it shows up the on the main screen as you type in the tendered amount the change amount changes accordingly. This should not be this hard, it works on the main screen , we would this not work on the Net display /. Is there any documentation for the configuration of the net display ?

I know there is a way to display it after you press enter to end the transaction but this does not work in our real life. Since we process a lot of transactions in short time we are used to just hit enter few tines to close the screens.

We also have it set to automatically close to save on the number of times we have to hit enter.

key, right. After that, the screen has updated for the next transaction, unless you turn on the Automatically close...
