What kind of add ons are you looking for? I have several from a few different partners. Just what are you looking to do with them will give everyone in this newsgroup an idea of what direction to point you in.

NitroSell offers an integrated webstore solution for RMS. We also work with POS2009 as well. You can see a demo at

run into Digital Retail Solutions add-ons a lot and people seem tobe quite happy with them, particulalry Power Ops and the MatrixManager...you can see a full list at:

Thanks Jeff - we are in the process of redoing our website. We have just opened in a new US headoffice in Walnut Creek California and we are launching a new site in the US (under construction) as

. The

if you go to the UK website

and look on the left side there is a flashing gif that says Download Retail Realm Brochure. This will give you a download of the brochure. Any way will keep you updated.

ShipRush can work with POS 2009 via direct SQL integration.

After being advised RMS support is to be discontinued and the focus shifted to POS 2009 which apparently will not support multi site, I would actually consider looking at other Retail multi site solution out there, which offer more clarity about the future of the product.

We have a 42 store installation and we are considering ditching RMS as the ERP integration is non existent to GP (there is a standard integration, but after extensive testing, we uncovered a multitude of errros in the integration, Connect Pro is too expensive to implement over 42 stores and Custom integration has been a complete failure to say the least). RMS standard reporting is a joke and data syncing is almost always falling over.

I would recommend looking at other more stable products on the market with more clarity as to their future - eg the Sage Retail solution which has full ERP integration, which believe it or not, actually works unlike the MS RMS integration.

H> Hi everyone,...

Hi Shaun,

I do not know th edetails of your stores but here are some very good ERP integrations with GP. You can look at the GP integration by Professional Advanatge or the Universal Interface by MS-POS (contact snipped-for-privacy@ms-pos.de) this is just to mention a few. MOst Retail Resellers are not good at ERP and vice-verca. But fundementaly RMS is a very solid solution for a chain of stores. If you wish some assistance and helpful hints feel free to drop me a note.

I'm not sure what the true answer is, but Jeff@checkpoint stated on here that RMS is going to be supported for at least 3 or 4 more years. He has always been pretty reliable with his info. Craig
