Hi there



I have an issue with RMS. I cannot get any records of who changed what. did what in RMS. Example is if one has 3 Goods Receiving guys working on RMS. How can I tell that the price changes were done by a certain user? I have a problem were the issue becomes a labour dispute as some users manipulate the prices for their own ends and. Changing prices, item descriptions, lookup codes, etc.. Is there an audit facility/add-on that I can use to track changes made to DB by users in RMS both Store and HQ? if there is isnt, what is the best way to monitor such activites in RMS?

I would love to have this type of functionality. Accountibilty is a huge issue at our store too, another good one for use would be who received what PO.

From what I remember there isn't a really clean way to keep track.

We have securtiy features set up so certain people can't adjust costs, prices, or delete items/customers, but it doesn't help track where changes are happening.

ABSOLUTELY - Tracking PO receiving transactions would be great!

You can check ITEM IS NOT DISCOUNTABLE AT PS. then they cant change price. and You can turn on security. I have security on qty they can see qty but they can not chnage qty.
