Is there any maintenance utility for RMS

I do not recommend that you Delete any item as you will loose all associated history. I suggest when your database grows too big that you perform an Archive function to take old data to another database but keeping all the data for reporting. Retail Realm has an arhive utility. Database items are getting old and would like to delete alot of lookup codes that haven't been used in years, is there a way for RMS to do that?

Also, a PO recently had the lookup codes and descriptions ouf of sync showing the lookup code one space below where it should have been. Deleting the PO and creating a new one resolved it.

How suspect is RMS to database corruption and what can be done to protect against it or resolve corruptions if there are any?
