Haven't heard of RMS used in a dance academy, but if You can specify what You want / need RMS to do for You, maybe I can give you more details, of the standard functions and for possible add-ons...

RMS has lots of features, why dont you post what your needing it to do and that way we can see if RMS is what you need or if POS wpould be a better fit
Third Street Dance Studio in LA uses this application from BMS Business Appointment Manager.
