If you are having any problems with your RMS communicating with the Web Integrator and would like more information please contact Kosmos Central. The WI from New West Technologies will also connect to X- cart where our solution comes into play. With our software packages you don't have to deal with terrible support, ours is top of the line as you can see by the posts. We provide implementation services that will make sure you're connected and communicating with your web store successfully. This means uploading inventory, products and downloading orders without any errors. You won't have to contact New West at all because we know their product inside and out and fully support it here at Kosmos. We just ask our customers to call us first before they decide to call New West because we can handle 95% of the integration problems. We are not RMS experts though and if your RMS isn't communicating with its database, then that's where New West Technologies or your Reseller would assist etc. With X-cart you'll own the software licenses including the shopping cart. Basically you'll own your website and the solution and will not be renting it. I'm not sure if this is the case with you and Store Front and other services out there, but with Kosmos you can host on any properly configured Linux server.
Since you've paid for the WI already, all you need is X-cart and the Kosmos Web Service.
