Whenever I try to Commit a Purchse Order I get the following error "Run-Time Error '380' INVALID PROPERTY VALUE"
Can anybody give me a hint on how to resolve this issue?

This was an issue in RMS 1.2. Hotfix 897712 was issued for this problem. But, you should really take a look at all of the other issues and fixes released since then too.
