I am in Southern California and there are different taxes for each county of California, How do i get different tax codes for that? Do i do it by zipcode? Is there anything i can just download to implement them by zipcode or do i have to manually do it.

I am assuming you are shipping to different customer locations. You will have to create taxes by county in RMS. Set-up taxes by customer. You will have to enter the county for each customer in one of the additional text fields.
