I'm trying to do a report of all the items sold with a specific reference number, is it possible to be done? I'm using the reference field to tell which store the sale is from as we process some of the sales invoice through our headquarters and need to tell which store it was sold from.
I am thinking of like say reference #1 is for store 1, #2 is store 2, etc... So I would like to run a report using reference #1 and would like to know what items were sold.

Hi, Gary. If you are using headquarters, you can just run an item movement report, and it will show movement with the stores in the columns. Else (and as well!): You can also go into the report template and manipulate the sql query to add fields and tables. If you need more extensive help on this let me know, we've done a lot of custom reporting for clients, both in the program and sometimes in MS Access also.
