Set Price Level A, B, C

What is the path to originally setting up price levels A, B and C? I found it once, but haven't been able to find it again.

Are you talking about the Inventory Wizard or just setting them manually for each item? SO Manager --> Wizards --> Inventory Wizard --> Task 110: Change Item Prices SO Manager --> Database menu --> Items --> Properties --> Pricing tab
