Hi! Is there a way to have the Manager do this automatically, or do I manually have to do it?

Vital uses a host based system that must be manually closed at nite. Others use non-hosted that do it automatically.
So, find a macro program and program it to push the keys for you.
A macro program simulates keystrokes as if you pushed them yourself. Plenty of free to $100 programs out there that will do the job. Many have been mentioned here before, Terrible Tom mentioned one he liked here about a week ago.
