Anyone got any good tips for preparing for the SO & HQ Exams? If I don't pas I'm gonna have to pay the company back.............

I take exam but i'm not bass you have to cheack any thing on HQ is a Dynamic Or Static Data and whitch data can change on HQ if change on SO, also you have check evry thing about customer & customer acount on SO & HQ.
