Sorting PO.XML and PORCV.XML File

Is it possible to set how the Po.xml and porcv.xml files are sorted? I know they will sort based on how the Items are sorted in the contents tab, The problem I am having is that I need to sort based on the BinLocation and it is not one of the fields on the Contents tab.

Any Ideas?
