A potential RMS client wants a printed Statement of Account showing all of his purchases and balances imediately after his purchases. Can this be done?

If you go into Manager and click reports> customers> accounts receivable detailed you should get the information you are seeking. I know that you can do an account history as well.

If they really wanted a statement, then, you will need to close the billing cycle so that the system can process the aging of the accounts. But if their goal is just to see the purchases and balances after their purchase (do they want this every after purchase?) you can suggest or even show them to use the full page receipt. Same information is shown: purchases, running balance and even details of his account information.

Create the statement in Crystal. That is the best way. More filters and no closing of the billing cycle. :lol:
