I am using OPOS drivers for an Epson U220PD in RMS. The customer complains of a waste of paper as there are many line spaces and the paper feeds an extra five line spaces after the last line of print. How can I shorten my receipt?
What is your current paper size? If you're using a 40-column receipt, the standard size is 11. If the size of your receipt is more than this, chances are, this is the reason why there are line spaces and extra paper feeds when the receipt is printed.
