SO Manager | Database | Registers | Receipt Formats | 40 Column Receipt | Properties Button of the Sales line | Don't remember the exact Epson settings, but try paper width of 2.75 first. If that doesn't work, try a bigger or smaller size, work in tenths of a inch, i.e. 2.65 or 2.85.
