When a dead LCD monitor was replaced by a smaller one, Store Ops was covering the task bar, which it didn't do before. I thought it was due to the smaller monitor size, but when I got a larger monitor, Store Ops was still covering the task bar.
FYI, the task bar preferences are to not be hidden and to always be in front of all windows. I am driving the monitor at 1280x1024 if that matters.
