I've been a Quicken user for 11 years. I just upgraded from Q2006 Premier to Q2007 Premier last night. One issue I see is that Quicken's screen layout seems to have been designed for a computer with HIGHER than 1024x768.
If you set your resolution to 1024x768, you will notice that "Quicken Home" doesn't fit on the screen, and that you have to scroll to the right to see the "One Step Update" button.
On my computer (17" Monitor) I was able to increase the screen resolution to 1280x768 and that seemed to work better.
Usually software is designed for the lowest common denominator. I know that 640x480 resoltions went away a long time ago, and possibly 800x600 has become less common. But have we seen 1024x768 become so uncommon that software companies are now expecting you to have higher screen resolutions?
Thanks...
