supplier & item cost different

I have a customer that has HQ and 9 stores. The supplier cost has a different price from the item cost. He wants the supplier cost to match the same price as the item cost, since item cost is the correct price. Is there a way to change it at HQ and than run a worksheet for the stores?....or do you have to run sql statement for that?
