Hi Todd,

Happy Thanksgiving.

The company starts with W---kids. Hope it works now.

I had email notificati> Good afternoon Kay,

Todd, Thanks for getting back. No!....I just signed in as snipped-for-privacy@wavekids.com, that's the registered email. If you clicked on my name, you'll also see that the record also started on Nov. 22, much later than the time I started posting here. Nov 22 was the date I switched from the Hotmail account to my registered email account. I also had gone into Express Outlook as Jeff showed me and read the forum messages in a different format.

After registration, I got email from MS to follow the link to verify, and everything went well....

What is still not right?....

Kay, You may already understand this from Todd's reply, but...

Generally, it's not a really good idea to post to newsgroups using a real mail account, as spammers scan the groups looking for addresses. Instead, it's common to mask the address in some way that is easy for a human responder to correct, but isn't easy for a spammer to catch in bulk.

So, it's a good idea for you to continue posting using the fake address that you are using, or something else that's not exactly valid. You need to change your registered address in the Managed Newsgroup system to match whatever you setup Outlook Express to use, so that Todd and company are alerted to your posts. This address has nothing to do with the Passport account you use to log into Customer Source - it's just a flag for the support team...

Alright, I obviously have missed the last part of Todd's message!...I'm always in a rush to plough through this massive website while struggling with my stations and the HQ.

Let me start from the beginning again, and report back in a few days!...

Thanks for your patience!...Happy Holidays!...

Oh, I think I finally got it.

Alas, when I registered, I didn't know what it meant by "enter email address to be monitored"....where and how and for what?....

By the time I found my way here, I already forgot about that little box. Who thought it would find a way to link with the posts here. Afterall, this is, supposedly, a public forum!...

I hope you can use me as a test case to find a better way to reach your new customers!...
