what issues can i expect when upgrading from 1.3 to 2. also, how do i fix them.

hi Dexter, the upgrade is very simple and won't harm you, just backup the database first and then go to SO admin program and then connect to db then go to Database Menu and click on Upgrade it will be done without any problem. As far as I know the most of the tables structure has not change but some addition happen like item matrix and some look has change.

Make sure you install the latest Service Pack (2) for RMS 2 (and the latest hot fixes) BEFORE you upgrade the database to version 2 or you'll have a bunch of potential matrix issues.
