What is the difference between SQL 2005 Express and SQL Enterprise.
Can I make Unlimited amount of sales transaction using SQL 2005 Express???? Does SQL 2005 Express have a limit amount of transactions??????

I don't think you need to worry about a transaction limit. The limit to be worried about is the database size with SQL Express. If you regularly purge logs and journals, it would take a LOT of transactions to meet the limits.
How many transactions are you talking about? "Unlimited" is a little open ended.
There would be a way to do this but it is way beyond my sql knowledge, someone else may be able to help you.
