We have 3 registers in two cities. Bought valutec for all of them and loaded it on the 2 registers in one city just fine. Yes, we use HQ and the tender types as required by Valutec were downloaded succesfully to all our terminals.
In the other city when we load Valutec it crashes after tendering a sale. We called Valutec (owned by new west technologies i believe) and they blamed the RMS software and said only Microsoft could correct the mistake.
how could this be? are they pulling my leg? Has anyone else had similair issue perhaps with other tender add-ins?
