we have in the store retail and wholsael clints is there away to intrgrate RMS with an other system like quick books or anyother one to manage the wholsale clients

You can typically handle wholesale clients by creating price levels (Price A, B & C) and assigning one of these levels to the customer record. You can also mark wholesale customers as tax exempt if you need to.
