Worksheet 250 too large with 5000 records?

We are seeing HQ Client having occassional trouble processing worksheets with item counts in the neighborhood of 5000 records and above. This is only at some store, occassionally, and without regard to connection type or speed.

Spreading the same content across multiple worksheets has been the fix to this point.

Any ideas?

Rick,

Your better off breaking it into smaller pieces and connecting more often to pick up those pieces.

By default, HQ Client times out after 60 minutes and on slower machines, there isn't enough time to process all of those items and everything else that transfers in a 401

If you really must transfer that many, make sure that you are running 1.3 or higher and add more RAM and maybe processor speed to the receiving/sending machines. Also take a look at your transfer speeds across the Internet/VPN/dial-up (ick!)
