worksheets STILL NOT completing

Hi,

I still have stores whose 401 and 501 worksheets are timingout and not completing.

RMS 2.0

It is NOT the version being ....15 It is NOT the HQ weighted average cost calculation Tried all the above to no availe

The Headquarters Server just throws these worksheets away after a few minutes.

I know others have experienced thi

ANYONE GOT A RESOLUTION OR CLUES?

I AM GETTING SOOOOOOOO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS EXTREMELY COSTLY BUGGY PRODUCT

I am loathe to file a request with Microsoft as I am sure it will go nowhere and end up costing a fortune.

Dan Did you make sure that the time and date on RMS is the same as the time and date on WINDOWS? I experienced the same problem until I synched both. Now it works fine.

Time has been synched. It is not this. The 401 starts and then just hangs at the statement about uploading global customers. If I kill the worksheet and re issue it again it goes through. This only started happening when I changed to RMS 2 It is so annoying and really getting in the way of a REAL business and costing plenty of time (money) and headaches. No help from Microsoft as expected. I think it might be time to pull out
