Hi All,
When i am printing the Z report from the HQ (from Journals and batches) everytime 2 sets of Z report is getting printed. Where should i edit by which only one set of print out is printed.

Go to store where this Z report is generated make sure that it selected to print one copy. What exactly happen is that on the store if it is selected to print 2 z out then same stuff goes to HQ. the actual way you print on HQ is just a bitmap file. which is not convertable right now and we are hoping that MS will help us in this and remove the bitmap and call the actual data or atleast provide some alternative for this

hi RK, seems starnge to me, do one thing go to SO Manager and the Database> Regioster> click on receipt format click on X where it shows the report to you and then say ok again.
