I have a revenue sharing arrangement with a person I rent space from. She gets 25% of my revenues or a minimun of$25 per hour of rental. Is there a way to automatucally assoicate this item with the revenue or will i need to do it manually.
It is as though it were a cogs, but it is not a "physical item"

It has to be entered manually and Rent account will come under type 'Expenses' and not under 'COGS'.
