If you have a payroll subscription, simply go to the Employees menu, choose Get Updates and then choose Get Payroll Updates.
My Payroll subscription has since expired, and as there have been no changes since that affect my payroll since release 20503 (I've checked Quickbooks website to verify), I didn't see a need to spend another $199 until their are changes that I need, as 20503 will work through 2/15/06.
Are there any other options?
Thanks,
David
Intuit *MAY* be able to help you by providing the payroll update you had on disk. I doubt they will, however, as your payroll subscription has expired and they are not known to be generous. Indeed, QuickBooks *ONLY* offers integrated 'download and install' of payroll and not the ability to SAVE payroll updates. A CD is available for those who are unable to download but only at an additional charge.
Don't look now pilgrim but me thinks you discovered another reason to have a current subscription.
Yes. Reason being INTUIT will not replace what he paid for.
Robbery as a reason for ransom. Go figure.
