Can I do our S-corp taxes using Quickbooks 2008 and Turbo Tax?

I would like to skirt around the need for an accountant to do our taxes and was wondering if I could just use Quickbooks and Turbo Tax somehow.

You need to use TurboTax for Business. It has the 1120S (plus others). Quickbooks will export to it if the proper Tax categories have been used.

Most businesses use the services a professional to prepare their Federal and State corporate returns. The IRS is far too busy auditing the returns of those who skirt around because they are easy pickings.

Have to agree with Allan on this one. My sister is a CPA worked for years at Hughes then for her husbands business and always paid a tax professional to do the taxes. They to the classes to keep up with all the crap the IRS comes up with constantly.
