Christmas Bonus

Did you look up Help for "Bonus"? Does that leave you with specific questions?

I did that and have no questions on the bonus itself, but the question I had was that it was not printing on the T-4 for some reason. I wanted it to be included in the total gross and also be referenced in the bottom of the T-4 Box 40. It was not doing that.

Box 40 is for taxable benefits such as automobile standby charge, life insurance premiums paid by the company, etc. It is not for bonuses or other amounts paid to the employee.

I don't believe there is a T4 box for reporting a bonus, it is just included in the total.

In other words, QB is doing what it should.
