I have many customers that place orders for the same items each month. I'd like to view their invoice from the prior month and simply "copy" or "duplicate" it, and just change the date instead of going through the time consuming "memorize transaction" function. Is there an easy way to do this? Does anyone else feel like there should be a button on the invoice screen that says "COPY"? Maybe there is and I just don't have it turned on. Any advice would be appreciated.

You must not be using Memorized Transactions properly. The next time you make an invoice for one of these customers, right click on it and select "Memorize Transaction". A window will pop up asking if it should ask you about this transaction on a regular basis and how often or you could select never. The memorized transaction is saved under the client's name.

Yeah, that's basically what I do. My feeling is just simply that it would be easier (and faster) to pull up any old invoice for any old customer and simply "copy" it...I guess I have to live with it. Thanks for your thoughts.
Why go searching for it, when through the prior example all you have to do is double-click on it in a list and you are done.
