Not while you are creating the invoice. For a saved invoice, pull it up and hit the journal button.

I may be totally missing it, but in my QB 2008 Premier, I see no "Journal" Button on a saved invoice

In my Quickbooks 2008 Premier, with the saved invoice open, it is on the toolbar for the Create Invoices window, betweeen the History and Letters buttons.

I am guessing you have an accounting edition.

You may be onto something. Certainly shows up on the Accountant's Edition. The Accountant's Version has every feature available in the other premier versions plus it has depreciation and financial statement modules, and costs the same. There is no reason to buy any other version.

Not on mine, maybe my version of Premier is different from yours? Mine is the Professional Services edition

Hey Karl

I knew how to get the journal, my point was that not everyone has the same buttons on their version of QuickBooks. I always try to assume the lowest common denominator when answering, but thanks anyway
