Does anyone know if it's possible to go from a networked version of QuickBooks to a single machine version? We had two people using the system, but we're down to only one needing access, and the next time I upgrade, I'd like to just buy the single machine version. Are there any issues with data file conversion?

I will assumed you do not have the Enterprise version.
The same data file as well as QB version is used for both stand alone and networked. The only difference is in a single user environment only one copy of QB is purchased in a networked version two or more copies are purchased.
Sorry for not specifying. I'm running QB Pro 2006 under a five user license. It sounds like I will be ok.
