Filter out Vendors from Weekly Timesheet Name

QB Pro 2005: The Weekly Timesheet Name pulldown menu shows Vendors & Employees. I don't quite understand why I would want to enter time for a Vendor,... Is there a way to filter out the Vendors - i.e. only list Employees?
