I am trying to change the font size on the "write checks" window so that in the "expenses" column, the text is smaller than it is right now. I can't find where to do that. Any advice? Thanks

Don't waste any more time trying, you can't do that. If your eyes and monitor are good enough, change your display (Windows settings) to a higher resolution. You cannot change the size of screen fonts or resolution in QuickBooks.

Go to File -> Printer Setup. In the drop down choose cheques and go to the second tab.

I understand why you answered the way you did, but thinking about why anybody would want to change the desktop software specifically, I decided that the question was the one I answered.
It was, as I received a thank you email stating my answer was what they had been looking for.
The answer wanted was the one I gave.
