Help! How to delete the WHOLE item list?

I am new to QB Pro 2007.

Imported some items from my Excel csv file, but map to wrong fields.

How can I delete the WHOLE item list and start it all over again, without affecting my other settings?

Manually. Open the item list and go to the top item. Press Ctrl-Del. Repeat
