Is there a way to get a report from QB of past reconciliation's ... let's say for the year 2007?

Pro or Premier?

You can view prior bank recs using the Premier Accountants version. I know

2006 and higher will work. I don't have 2005 installed on this machine so I can't check for you but I think it can.

You could also have someone upgrade your file to a newer year of Premier Accountants version and have them print the bank recs to pdf for you.
