I am using QB 2003 and formerly was able to keep Social Security numbers from printing on paycheck stubs. I've installed QB on a new computer and now cannot find where that option is. Thanks for your advice.
Edit ==> Preferences. Select Payroll and Employees, select Company Preferences. Uncheck the box for Print social security numbers on paychecks and paystubs.
