I have heard from several sources and followed up to verify. The Intuit US parent, in all their typical American arrogance has removed most of the management of Intuit Canada and replaced them with American dilbertese marketing management. Everyone in the company, including support and development now report to a frigging MARKETER. And most are americans that know nothing about Canadian tax, accounting or business.
The tales of management stupidity coming out of Intuit Canada are incredible. The new American managment have shown complete disrespect for the product, for the customers, for staff and for Canada.
