I have a client who purchased the 3 user license last moth. Not much has been done with QB. Yesterday, I went there and noticed (1) when I logged on to QB, I user name and password was needed. (2) Since I never established user name and password, I couldn't use the web tool to change the password, I needed calling Intuit. I ended up reregistering QB 2007 with a Intuit rep. Now I get a screen that I have 11 days to register. How do I get rid of that error message?
