Quickbooks Tasks

I have Quickbooks Premier 2005. Is there a way to set your own reminders (tasks) for jobs. An example would be a reminder to go measure a roof for a construction job for customer ABC.

Thanks

Not sure about 2005, but in 2007 you can create a note per customer, which will show up in your reminders list on the date of your preference. not exactly the best reminder, ACT or Outlook is much better

In the Company Menu, Select To Do List. Put in a reminder date and off you go. As many reminders as you like but not connected to a particular customer in the data base.

However, through the customer card you can create a note as another poster has observed. It can be created as a new To Do at that time.

It is not a very powerful tool compared with a contact manager, but it can be put to great use.
