Is it possible to reactive or reenable inventory items that have been set to inactive?

Its possible to reactivate any member of a list that you've made inactive. Pull up the list, in your case the Item List, click the Item button at the bottom, choose Show all Items. You'll see an X next to those you've made inactive. Find the one you want to re-enable and click on the X to remove it.

Click on the 'Show All; box appearing in the bottom of the Item List page. Now right click on the item you want to make active and select 'Make Active'.
