hello group.
does anybody know how to setup a 'rent to own" purchase in QB pro
2003? I would like it to reflect:
1) a final purchase price for the item
2) a portion of each payement applied to interest
i need to make sure only 1 item is sold, however the cusotmer gets more than 1 bill for the item, each time depreciating the remaining balance owing on the item, at the same time, her balance owing should only be her most recent monthly installment invoice.
