Is there a way to run a report to show customers who haven't purchased from us in sometime so we can actively try to get the business back? using qb 2004.thank you

Kinda...sorta.... Create a custom transaction detail report, filter it for: invoices and sales receipts, all dates, all customer names, sort by date.
If you like, you could export the report to EXCEL and eliminate all transactions after a certain date.
