I will soon be using QuickBooks 2007 Premier as the sales point in my gallery. Right now I have many parts, builds and other items which I need to track. Of all these, there are only about 12 products which I actually sell. Some of them are assemblies and others are simple parts. I would like to simplify the item list which will be used by my employees so that they don't have to scroll through a long list of similar sounding items when making a sale. If there is a way to select only those items which I want to show up in the "Create Sales Receipts" window that would simplify their lives and also ensure that fewer mistakes are made. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
