Dose QB Premier 2007 has different versions for US and Canada? I want to purchase it from their website

The Canadian version will cover GST and the higher end versions the differences in the tax treatment of payrolls.

The two downloads are not the same. The versions by country are very different. The first link you posted downloads the USA version, the second link you posted downloads the Canadian version.

No, they are not the same. The intuit.com address is for the USA version, the intuit.ca is for the Canadian version. These versions have a number of differences. For instance, the Canadian version has multiple currency capabilites which are apparently lacking in the USA version. Check the differences carefully to try and find what best fits your needs.
