QBPro 2004 to QB Premier 2007

I am considering upgrading to Premier 2007 from QBPro 2004 multiuser using XP. Should I anticipate any problems or is this an easy convert for this company?

I also have a single user license of QBPro 2004 I do some bookkeeping from severial small compabies who want to remain on this version. Can I have QBPro 2004 and Premier (single users) installed on my computer together? Do I have to purchase a full license or can I purchase an upgrade to run both versions simultaneously?
