Hello!
I have QB Premier Professional Services Edition 2004. About five days ago, it started telling me that it was opened in multi-user mode and asks if I want to add users. I click on No, then switch to single-user mode, which is how it has always been used.
If I close and re-open it, it opens in multi-user mode again. How do I get this program to stop opening in multi-user mode? It was fine for months, then Poof!, it started doing this behavior.
It is running on an SBS 2003 server.
