Transfer and class in QuickBooks (2023 Update)

In order to transfer the Zelle payment of $300 from one class to another in QuickBooks, it's important to first understand how you have set up your classes. It sounds like you have multiple properties, each with their own account, and that the payment of $300 was received in a class of 200. In order to transfer this payment to class 300, you will need to create a transfer transaction in QuickBooks. Here are the steps you should follow:

1. Go to the "Lists" menu and select "Chart of Accounts."

2. Click on the "New Transaction" button and select "Transfer."
